Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) unveiled the first national list of "Excellent Intelligent Factory" projects. SHANDONG ENSIGN INDUSTRY CO., LTD. has been recognized for its "Citric Acid Green Manufacturing Intelligent Factory" project, securing one of China’s most prestigious accolades in intelligent manufacturing. This honor marks ENSIGN’s pioneering role in smart and green manufacturing fields of China, positioning the company as an industry benchmark. 

The "Excellent Intelligent Factory" designation is a national-level honor jointly awarded by MIIT, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), and the National Data Administration. It celebrates enterprises that demonstrate domestic leadership in intelligent manufacturing innovation. 

ENSIGN’s Citric Acid Green Manufacturing Intelligent Factory employs industry-leading technologies to make the whole production process intelligent, digital, visual, and traceable. Through upgrades of intellectualization, the facility has significantly enhanced degree of automation. The entire workflow—from automated bag loading, filling, and heat-sealing to robotic palletizing, conveyor transport, and storage in smart stereoscopic warehouse—operates with near-zero human intervention, fully showing the innovation and efficiency of intelligent manufacturing.
