Yang Shengli

He has been engaged in the application of genetic engineering, protein engineering and metabolic engineering to the enzyme, fermentation and pharmaceutical industry, the improvement of antibiotic, amino acid and enzyme producing strains and microbial gene expression systems as well as molecular pharmacology. He has received several awards owing to his achievements in the above-mentioned fields. Now his research works focuses on the application of systems biology in the medical and industrial biotechnology.
