Ensign Industry Held 2025 Review and Awards Ceremony and 2026 Work Deployment Conference

On January 29, 2026, the 2025 Review and Awards Ceremony and 2026 Work Deployment Conference of Ensign Industry was grandly held in Meeting Room Three. Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group; Li Jian, General Manager of Ensign Industry; and the five Deputy General Managers of Ensign Industry were present. More than 230 participants, including directors, day-shift team leaders and higher-level managerial staff, honored employee representatives, personnel from business and functional departments, and some high-potential talent nominees, attended the conference. 

First, the annual summary video titled “Answering 2025” was screened at the conference, reviewing the work of the past year. Second, the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals of 2025” was announced and awards were presented. 

Subsequently, Li Jian, General Manager of Ensign Industry, delivered a report titled “Fulfill Responsibility, Foster Consensus, and Drive Practical Action; Enhance Efficiency, Win the Future and Write New Chapters”, analyzing 2025 performance, key challenges, and outlining priorities for 2026. 

Finally, Li Yanxuan, President of Ensign Group, delivered a speech in which he extended congratulations to the advanced collectives and individuals honored, summarized 2025 achievements, and laid out the strategic roadmap for 2026. He encouraged all ENSIGN personnel to move forward together, persistently strive, and embrace craftsmanship for sustainable excellence. 

The conference concluded successfully after all agenda items were completed.
